NovaMeds operates this website as an intermediary platform. Pharmaceutical sales and supply are carried out by PharmaMed International Sh.p.k., not NovaMeds. Submitting checkout is a non-binding request; a request is accepted only after review and approval by a NovaMeds advisor.

The website helps you explore products, understand evidence and submit genuine requests. A product or research article being listed does not mean that the substance is available for supply or suitable for a particular person.

You may browse the website for legitimate personal purposes, use its public information and submit genuine product requests. Normal linking and legitimate search-engine crawling and indexing are permitted, subject to reasonable technical controls that protect the service.

Do not:

• use the website unlawfully or submit fraudulent requests;
• impersonate another person or submit false prescription information;

You may interact with independent telemedicine providers, PharmaMed as pharmaceutical seller and distribution partner, delivery providers, payment services and Telegram. These parties operate their own services and may have their own terms and privacy notices. NovaMeds does not control all external platforms, but remains responsible for its own intermediary activities.

Rights in the website and in third-party material are explained in our Intellectual & Industrial Property Policy. Product names and third-party trademarks remain with their respective owners.

Provide accurate information and only material you are entitled to share. Do not send malicious, unlawful or misleading material. Information provided for a request or support enquiry is used to handle that communication as described in the Privacy Policy; submitting it does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to NovaMeds.

We aim to provide accurate, useful information and correct identified errors. Medical evidence and product information can change. Check relevant product information and seek professional advice for treatment decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

NovaMeds may update content, features and these Terms to reflect changes to the website. The date above identifies this version. Website changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted transaction or remove mandatory rights.

These Terms and the relationship governed by them are subject to the laws of Albania. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory protections applicable to customers in the United Kingdom.
