NovaMeds was created to make accessing medicines online more straightforward, transparent and personal.

Instead of relying only on an automated checkout, NovaMeds uses an advisor-led model. Customers submit a request, our team reviews the requirements and helps coordinate the steps needed to complete the order.

This may include prescription requirements, access to an independent telemedicine assessment where needed, payment coordination and delivery.

NovaMeds has operated as an online pharmacy since 2018, building experience in the online supply of medicines and in supporting customers looking for a straightforward and reliable way to access treatment.

How NovaMeds works

    Choose the medicine you are interested in and provide the required information during checkout.

  2. Advisor review

    A NovaMeds advisor reviews availability, prescription requirements and the information needed to proceed.

  3. Prescription support where needed

    Where appropriate, NovaMeds can help customers access an independent authorised telemedicine assessment.

  4. Order fulfilment

    Once the request has been approved and payment verified, the order is prepared for fulfilment and dispatched with tracking.
